The fetch, squeak and licking toys: Mini and Big Squeaky Footies
Built for chase, fetch, squeaking and spread-ready enrichment, in two sizes. The squeaker is formed by the toy's structure rather than inserted as a loose component, while its textured grooves hold dog-safe spreads.
For a longer licking session, work a small amount of xylitol-free peanut butter or another dog-safe spread into the grooves and freeze before serving.

The bonding toy: Tug & Tumble
The Tug & Tumble is built for tug-of-war, owner-and-Oodle bonding and supervised multi-dog play. When you join the game, hold the cotton rope end and encourage your Oodle to grip the natural-rubber body. This helps keep hands clear of teeth and reduces fraying by keeping your Oodle's bite away from the rope.
Always supervise tug and multi-dog play. Put the toy away after each session and replace it if the rope becomes loose or heavily frayed.

Cleaning instructions
Chew Bones and Squeaky Footies (both sizes)
Wash with warm, soapy water or place on the top rack of the dishwasher. Clean each Footy after every spread session and allow it to dry completely before refilling or freezing.
Tug & Tumble
Hand wash the cotton rope with mild soap and water, then allow it to air dry fully. The natural-rubber body can be wiped clean or washed on the top rack of the dishwasher.
Play and safety guidance
- Always choose the correct toy size for your Oodle and supervise the first few play sessions.
- Inspect every toy before use. Remove and replace it if you notice significant wear, splitting, loose pieces, fraying rope or any part that could be swallowed.
- Tug & Tumble is for supervised, owner-led play only. It should not be left out as an unsupervised chew toy.
- Only use dog-safe spreads in the Footy. Check that peanut butter contains no xylitol, which is toxic to dogs.

Every bundle ships free across Australia — no code needed. We dispatch from our Melbourne warehouse within 1–2 business days, and most orders arrive in 2–8 business days (metro areas are usually at the faster end). You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Try your toy for 30 nights from delivery. If your Oodle doesn't engage with it, the size doesn't feel right or something looks wrong, contact us and we'll help find the most appropriate solution — from play tips and a one-time size exchange to a replacement, store credit or refund.
Every Oodle plays differently and no dog toy is indestructible, so this guarantee is designed to let you try with confidence — not to promise a toy can't be worn or damaged.
Returns
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they have not been used. For hygiene and safety, toys that have been used, chewed, soiled or damaged aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges — if you've tried a toy and it isn't right, the 30-Night Happiness Guarantee above is your route.
To start a return or exchange, email us your order number before sending anything back — returns without prior approval can't be accepted. Once we've received and inspected the item, your refund goes to your original payment method — allow 5–10 business days for it to appear.
Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. This never affects your rights for faulty products under the Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, or a toy develops a genuine manufacturing fault, email us your order number and a clear photo or short video. Where confirmed, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. Nothing in our policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Between sizes? Go bigger. Too-small is the greater safety risk. If your puppy is still growing and likely to pass 13kg, choose Pawfect — it covers both growth phases for less than buying Little then Big. Already 14kg+? Choose Big.
